‘New Girl’ is one you’re sure to love

This year there have been several new shows airing on television. Some of the top shows include Whitney, Are you there Chealsea and my favorite, New Girl. This new and comedic television series airs on Tuesdays on Channel 40 at 9/8 central. The show stars actress Zooey Deschanel who also starred in the movie Elf with Will Ferrell. Deschanel plays a newly single girl, Jess, in need of an apartment that moves in three men she has yet to know. Jess is very active in the musical theater community and has a uniquely awkward, yet easily likable personality .The roommates all have vastly different personalities and connect with Jess in different ways. Nick, one of the roommates has constant issues with a past relationship that he tends to always rely on Jess for assistance with…secretly the two have a spark that has not yet been fulfilled in the show, but viewers know its there and is bound to happen. My personal favorite character is Schmidt who plays a love hungry ladies man who is eager to climb the social ladder. Schmidt works in an office with all women and struggles to keep his masculinity throughout his work days which leads to some hysterical situations. The final roommate is Winston who plays a former profession basketball player in search of employment. Winston happens to be the most normal of the roommates, while still having a great sense of humor and connection with his fellow roommates. New Girl is a hilarious show and I strongly agree you tune in next Tuesday…I promise you won’t be disappointed!
